dōng pō zhǐ
宋神宗熙宁四年正月，宫中要买浙灯四千余盏，并令减价强行收购。时任开封府推官的苏轼上《谏买浙灯状》，指出:陛下以耳目不急之玩，而夺其口体必用之资。卖灯之民，例非豪民，举债出息，畜之弥年，衣食之计，望此旬日。陛下为民父母，唯可添价贵买，岂可减价贱酬!状上，买灯之事竟罢。后因称谏书为东坡纸。
