泛称一切强调人性尊严与重视个人自由及个人价值的理论。人本心理学。为心理学理论中，除精神分析论与行为论之外的新兴理论。主张以正常人为研究对象，探讨人的经验、价值、欲念、情感、生命意义等问题。目的在助长个人健康发展、自我实现以造福社会。代表人物为马斯洛A.Maslow、罗嘉斯C.Roger s、阿德勒A.Adler等。
