释义	翡翠水庫 fěi cuì shuǐ kù水庫名。位於新北市新店溪支流北勢溪下游，壩高一百二十二點五公尺，水庫最高水位標高一百七十公尺，總蓄水量約四億零六百萬立方公尺。民國七十六年六月三十一日完工落成後可供應北市及新北市新店、中和、永和、三重、淡水及三芝等六個市區的用水。除供水外，尚具有發電的功用，是一座兼具供水與發電雙重效益的水庫。
