考滿
kǎo mǎn
旧时指官吏的考绩期限已满。一考或数考为一任﹐故考满亦常为任满。一种明清时对官员的考察制度。旧时以三年为期，考察官吏政绩，分称职、平常、不称职三等，再结合地方政务繁简状况，作为评定和迁调的标准。
好生侍养高堂，为兄的若不得罪于地方，到三年考满，又得相见。
